so here is what i have eaten today:
- 2 little burritos – 300 cals each
- 1 handful of TJs spiced stoneground tortilla chips – 140 cals
- diet 7up – 0 cals
- 2 slices of meat loaf from boston market (leftovers) – 510 cals
- plus a scoop of steamed white rice – 100 cals
- diet A&W – 0 cals
- ooh and 2 tagalongs – 150 cals ( for the 2)
ok so for the dinner we/I did like
total calories = 600 + 140 + 510 + 100 + 150 = 1500
exercise done to offset this feasting
40 mins of yoga (for weightloss)
child wrangling
hmm . . . I feel like if I was just smarter with my choices i could do better
