My favorite stamp shop is Stampsandengraving.com. I have known them for 30 years and there work is amazing and reliable. They sell things such as rubber stamps, signs, and awards. I know its sort of out tof the blue me posting about this. but it just struck me that I never have before.

the ricky gervais podcast literally the funniest thing i have ever heard. I am addicted to it like cocaine or nicotine or women. i totally cry while listening to it Karl is dense and ricky and steve so sharp that the contrast is too great to not laugh constantly at the fact that they even converse with each other.

News:

1. health wise everyone is pretty healthy, we had a pink eye scare with ry dizzle but he just fooled us with some hyper frenzied eye rubbing in costume at his pre-school halloween party.
2. the .mac account is dead, i just couldn’t see another 99 bucks on top of this website for basically something i use sometimes and doesn’t actually add any advantage besides the cache of a .mac email address
3. I will recreate the photo albums in a bigger better format utilizing galerie i think. actually ending up using a fireworks flash hybrid

now the hard part. Weight loss is actually like the opposite of a hill race, cause I think it’s downhill for the first part and uphill on the backend. so I guess it’s more like a valley. Well I am at the bottom of the valley now gearing up for the frakkin climb. I know I said frak but I could not resist the allure of the BG Battlestar Galactica it was a big thing for me as a kid and the show is actually good. also grace park is the bump, no lie! she got the right mix of hot and cute. umm ok just a checkup.
